Telehealth Liaison Director

Job Summary:
The Telehealth Liaison Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospital leaders in the Peaks and Desert Regions to expand telehealth services. This role will partner with other telehealth and outreach leaders to develop and grow existing programs in these regions. The Telehealth Liaison Director will oversee all contracts for services throughout the enterprise, including developing pricing structures for new services and updating pricing structures for current programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact and liaison for telehealth services in both Peaks and Desert Regions.
- Oversee the contracting and pricing of telehealth services for the enterprise and develop initiatives within the Care Anywhere framework.
- Partner with local leaders to understand key initiatives telehealth can help service to provide the highest level of care for patients.
- Collaborate with others to develop pricing structures for new contracts and work directly with the national and local outreach team.
- Responsible for consistent reviews of contracts and pricing models to ensure accurate payment and market value.
- Provide leadership for a team and responsible for personnel functions including hiring, counseling, goal setting, performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience working with contract management.
- Ability to facilitate interdisciplinary teams and develop effective relationships with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Experience in an integrated healthcare delivery system.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Five years of management experience in a hospital or healthcare environment or five years of experience in IT/Tele-services development and strategic leadership.
- Experience in regional strategic planning.
- Experience building and deploying strategy in tele-services.
Physical Requirements:
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
- Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy.
- For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
