Mobile MDS Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Mobile MDS Coordinator is to execute the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as the operational policies and objectives of Saber Healthcare Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents to ensure accurate documentation and care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines relevant to long-term care facilities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and provide updates on resident conditions.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks while ensuring high-quality care.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals including residents, families, and healthcare personnel.
- Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures related to resident care.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in the RAI process is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available with shifts primarily during the day.
