About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Member Services Rep - Part Time - Evening. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member questions and concerns
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
  • Perform other duties as assigned
