We are seeking an experienced Advanced Vascular Care Specialist to join our team at WhiteCap Search. As a key member of our ambulatory outpatient center, you will provide high-quality patient care and support an attending vascular surgeon in managing carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, lower peripheral arterial disease, and wound care cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with various vascular conditions, including wound care check and treatment, staple removal, and counsel patients and their families on diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Work closely with the attending vascular surgeon to ensure seamless patient care and effective management of complex cases.
  • Run independent sessions, focusing on pre/post-operative care, annual and new consults.
  • Limited call and phone duties, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a similar role, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of vascular medicine, particularly carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, lower peripheral arterial disease, and wound care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
