About the Role

We are seeking an Emergency Nurse Specialist to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. This role will require specialized training to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care to patients in the emergency department
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • New Mexico Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association – within 90 days of start date
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association – within 90 days of start date
  • At least one year of RN experience

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $34.35-$54.38 per hour, with additional compensation possible for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Let's talk about how your skills and experience can help you succeed in this role
