**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Van Driver to join our team at Keystone Oaks. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our students, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a vehicle with a fixed or changing route, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Report to duty on time and maintain routes on schedule, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of an emergency.
  • Immediately report any accidents or incidents per our company's policy.
  • Follow our company policy around student and/or passenger management.
  • Complete all required paperwork, including route change sheets and vehicle repair requests, and submit to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age; for Tennessee School Bus Drivers, must be at least 25 years of age per state law.
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles.
  • Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
  • Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training.
  • Must practice defensive driving at all times and avoid vehicular and industrial accidents by practicing safe driving and work habits.
