We offer an attractive salary package to our clinicians, with a Hiring Range: $64,106.95 to $85,475.93 and a Pay Range: $64,106.95 to $96,160.42 for Clinician I.
For Clinician II, the Hiring Range: is $73,396.04 to $97,861.39 and the Pay Range: is $73,396.04 to $110,094.06.
Benefits- A Relocation Incentive of $20K
- A Sign-on Bonus of 10% of annual salary, negotiable

- CME benefits, including 5 days off and a stipend

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Clinician, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including group, individual, family, and couples counseling.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a mental health setting
- Meet the requirements for Clinician I or Clinician II, as outlined below:
- 3+ years' experience in one of the following areas: Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, PhD or PsyD in Clinical Counseling Psychology
- Meets all requirements of Clinician I
- Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master's level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I
