Furniture Layout Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Layout Strategist to join our team at PIVOT. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing furniture layouts that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About You

• You have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• You possess 3-5 years of experience in furniture layout design, preferably with a focus on commercial spaces.
• You have working knowledge of furniture systems, electrical and cabling issues, and building codes.
• You are proficient in using AutoCAD, CAP, rendering software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Role

• Design and implement furniture layouts that meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of furniture moves, adds, and changes.
• Conduct site visits to assess current furniture setups and provide recommendations for necessary modifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and design concepts, and share your expertise with clients as needed.
