About the Role
As a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise necessary to succeed in a management position. You'll learn from experienced professionals, participate in hands-on training, and develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring excellent experiences for all clients
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and operational targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- A minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years
- No alcohol or drug-related conviction on driving record in the last five years
- Availability to work an average of 45 hours per week
