Description

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Gallery Host/Front Desk. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare reports for the management team
  • Follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Ensure the gallery remains well-stocked at all times
  • Validate customers' IDs and monitor beverage consumption

Requirements:

  • Ability to use hot food preparation machines
  • Basic knowledge of how to operate Food and Beverage equipment
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
