Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Program Scheduler to join our team in Stafford, VA. The successful candidate will provide Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development and Tracking support for the Advanced Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) program.

Main Responsibilities:)

  • Schedule Development: Develop, integrate, coordinate, maintain, and provide current schedule activity information related to the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) IMP and IMS.
  • Contract IMS Integration: Integrate all Contract IMS (where applicable) into the Program IMS, and establish and maintain an electronic schedule baseline in accordance with each Program's Integrated schedule.
  • Reports and Analysis: Develop, maintain, and deliver quarterly Schedule Risk Assessments, monthly critical path analyses, and monthly schedule metrics. Prepare and update an IMS Narrative Report and analysis for the Contract and Program IMS.
  • Risk Management: Use the approved AAV IMP and IMS to determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 6-8 years of related professional experience
  • Skills: Highly proficient in translating schedule data into meaningful reports; detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work independently; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

Patricio Enterprises Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401K, Life/Health/Dental/Disability Insurance, Flexible Paid Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, and more.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
