We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a Medical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of medical technologists and laboratory assistants, providing guidance and support to help them meet their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
