Job Description:

As a Home Health Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Your expertise will include administering medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician, monitoring patient's condition, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

You will also assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintaining accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system is an essential part of this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active LVN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
