Job Overview

The Bramco Group is seeking an Energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Memphis, TN. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a solid customer base for compact equipment sales within your assigned territory.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires minimal travel (less than 10%). You will work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs, provide expert advice, and promote the sales of compact equipment lines and customer support programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base for compact equipment sales
  • Promote the sales of compact equipment lines and customer support programs
  • Maintain targeted company profit levels on sales
  • Ensure customers are kept current with manufacturer's information
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Take action to improve quality and customer satisfaction
  • Report competitive market data
  • Frequently visit customer facilities and job sites to investigate current and future equipment needs
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field highly desired
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in compact equipment or working with related equipment required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to load, secure, and haul compact equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of compact equipment applications and discretion in handling confidential company information
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
