Job Description:

Nursing Care Specialists at Flatrock River Lodge provide personalized care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the highest level of care and support for each individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care and medication management
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences to discuss resident progress and develop comprehensive care plans
Requirements:

To be successful as a Nursing Care Specialist at Flatrock River Lodge, you should possess:

  • A current LPN or RN license in the state of employment
  • One to two years of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thorough understanding of policies and regulations applicable to long-term care
