Electrical Line Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Line Specialist to join our team at CORE Electric Cooperative. This role involves performing labor necessary for the construction and maintenance of electrical distribution and transmission lines.

CORE Electric Cooperative is the largest member-owned electric distribution cooperative in Colorado, dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, clean, and safe electric service to our communities.

• Perform duties involving an intensive practical knowledge of electric power lines, including semi-routine tasks that require independent action.
• Work on a crew or independently, receiving general guidance and direction from supervisors or working foremen.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least four years of apprenticeship training as a Lineman II or apprentice in the construction and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution lines, or a minimum of four years' experience related to line construction and maintenance.
• A valid unrestricted class A Colorado Commercial Driver's License and a DOT medical certificate are required and must be maintained.

• 9/80 work schedule (3-day weekend every other week).

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $121,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming no overtime. However, please note that actual compensation may vary depending on individual circumstances.
