Senior Hospice Nursing Manager

The RN Patient Care Manager will oversee the delivery of patient services, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program objectives
- Supervising professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services
- Maintaining accurate and complete medical records, adhering to licensing regulations and certification standards
- Implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs
- Planning and executing staff education programs
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A current RN license or equivalent
- Minimum five years of healthcare experience, including two years of supervisory experience in hospice care
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
