Conduct thorough mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews with inmates.2. Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning.3. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen.4. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times.5. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of psychological counseling theory and techniques by way of treatments and activities used for individuals in caseload.6. Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of inmates.**Requirements:**+ Master's degree in Social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.+ Five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable position.+ Possess appropriate certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.+ A valid driver's license is preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute.+ Minimum age requirement: 18 years of age._CoreCivic is a Drug-Free Workplace & EOE including Disability/Veteran._
