  • Assign and direct nursing staff during assigned shifts, promoting efficient workflows and effective communication.">
  • Assess daily patient needs and develop personalized care plans, prioritizing population-specific care.">
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to enhance quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.">
  • Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous quality enhancement.">
  • Respond to patient complaints and manage concerns through established channels, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.">
  • Contribute to the development, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, fostering growth and excellence.">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to teamwork.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure.">
  • One year of registered nurse experience, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.">
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).">
  • Possession of Advanced Life Support (ALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications is preferred.">

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
