We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to lead our team in Marana, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial MRO experience and a valid A&P license. As a lead mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing, modifying, overhauling, and troubleshooting commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of commercial MRO experience
- Current A&P license required (6 months of documented experience within the last 2 years)
- Lead mechanic experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
