Internal Investigations and Ethics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Investigations and Ethics Professional to join our team at Saint-Gobain North America. As a Compliance Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, analyzing data, and making recommendations to prevent future issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate employee complaints in a fair and impartial manner
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, ethics and compliance, security, fraud, law enforcement, prosecutorial or related role
- Focused experience with conducting internal investigations
- Strong problem-solving and investigatory skills
The estimated salary for this position is $114,885 to $178,020 per year, which includes an annual bonus of 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
