About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end office tenant improvement projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite construction activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and safety compliance.
  • Implement and enforce project-specific safety programs and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project software to track project progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on high-end office tenant improvements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
