Job Summary

Sterling Park Assisted Living is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional personal care to our residents, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing/showers, and providing basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.
  • Deliver person-centered care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Hold current CNA certification with no restrictions, or be able to obtain state-specific certification.
  • Be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
