This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operator II - Fluids Assembly Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up production equipment to produce sub-assemblies or finished products and/or packaging of product.
  • Responsible for product quality; perform in-process and finished goods inspection.
  • Ensure production equipment is operational; clean and perform basic repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Notify maintenance and appropriate personnel of equipment malfunctions and/or maintenance needs and communicate downtime when necessary.
  • Prepare accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, and special projects.
  • Use computer to access Quality Systems documents, time entry, online learning, production work orders.
  • Use basic equipment or hand tools to perform job as necessary.
  • Recognize unacceptable product quality and take appropriate actions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor production problems.
  • Help identify and support continuous improvement opportunities, improving workflow and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 3+ years.

Basic computer skills (MS Office) needed.

Ability to read and write English.

Strong mechanical aptitude; visual acuity.

Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $38,500.00 to $49,500.00.
