Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Specialist to provide comprehensive strategic and administrative assistance to our Commercial organization. This role will involve managing administrative tasks for a designated executive or senior leader(s) and supporting the Business Development team for remote and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Business Development team for remote and client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Maintain sales enablement tools, training, and onboarding processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate logistics for remote, client, and team meetings, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
  • Support and ensure internal CRM adherence and maintain guidelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Track and support deliverables for key executive meetings, team collaborations, and town halls.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for executive or senior leader(s) in the Commercial function, including arranging travel, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents for review, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide administrative support related to document printing, scanning, mailing, and electronic signature of business documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience supporting business development, sales cycle, and associated sales operations support functions.
  • Prior experience in the CRO industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details working under pressure.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to partner with a wide range of individuals at all organizational levels.
Working Conditions

This role involves mostly sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, occasionally moving objects up to 50 pounds.
