OR Circulator

eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled OR Circulator RN to join our team. As an OR Circulator RN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.

• Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

• Education: Current RN license in the state of California.
• Experience: Prior experience in the operating room as a circulator or scrub nurse.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.

• Competitive Pay: $100/hour.
• Flexible Scheduling: 13 weeks, AM shift, 8x5.
