Job Summary

The RN responsible for implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of the organization and the nursing/clinical services within their area(s). As a liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration, the rehabilitation nurse manager promotes the philosophy and goals of the organization, develops team relationships, and congruent rehabilitation practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Required
  • Active AZ or Compact RN License: Must have
  • Experience: Five years of experience in inpatient hospital setting, rehabilitation preferred
  • Nursing Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership preferred
  • Certifications: Current BLS required, CRRN preferred
