At Ephemeral Tattoo, we're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to provide world-class service to our clients. This role will involve managing appointments, running day-to-day studio operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**


\tDeliver outstanding customer service in person, digitally, and via phone.


\tManage appointment booking and assist with scheduling questions.


\tAdminister customer follow-up pre and post appointments.


\tEducate customers about Ephemeral Tattoo.


\tCheck-in clients for appointments and complete the checking-out process.


\tAssist with after-care, photography, stencil making, or other studio support as needed.


\tMaintain studio cleanliness, supply management, and general administration.


\tAssist artists with appointment prep, including setting up and breaking down workstations.


\tEnsure artist workstations are stocked and ready for every appointment.


\tStudio opening and closing responsibilities.

**Ideal Candidate:**


\t1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


\tPassion for top-notch customer service and a love of working with others.


\tAnalytical mind and curiosity to explore a growing business.


\tAbility to pivot and adapt with short notice.


\tWorking knowledge and comfort with technology.


\tAbility and desire to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


\tStartup experience is a plus.
