Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of our multi-family housing complexes in New Castle, Delaware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing requirements.
  • Maximize the interior and exterior appearance and condition of the properties within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain all aspects of the properties to maximize their useful life and minimize repairs.
  • Manage stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
  • Assist the Property Manager in scheduling and performing annual inspections and scheduling maintenance of equipment based on manufacturer recommendations and operating manuals.
  • Manage inventory of ready apartments to support marketing and leasing efforts.
  • Secure and maintain required training certifications to comply with site-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely and effective manner and in compliance with site-specific regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Full-time maintenance experience or training in all areas associated with maintaining equipment and structures.
  • Certification in CFC Level I and II.
  • Knowledge and compliance with regulations for handling, storing, and disposing of chemicals or hazardous materials.
  • 2 years of supervisor experience in maintenance or a similar field.
  • Valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
