In this pivotal role at Fidelity Investments, you will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our branch management team. As a skilled leader, you will collaborate with the Vice President to lead a high-performing team of licensed associates across one of our 200 investor centers nationwide.
The Expertise We're Seeking
- A minimum of five years of experience in financial services and planning is essential.
- Three or more years of management experience within a financial services environment is highly desirable.
- You must hold the Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, with the Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses required within 60 days of hire.
Your Leadership Role
You will hone your leadership skills while supporting the aligned Vice-President, Branch Leader. Your ability to foster connections between our people and Fidelity's mission is vital. By providing training, mentorship, and motivation, you will enable branch associates to maximize their potential and prioritize growth in their planning expertise, ultimately helping more people.

Your Compensation Package
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $106,500 – $171,500 per year, based on job responsibilities, scope, geographic location, candidate experience, and other factors. Additionally, you may be eligible for bonus or other variable compensation.
