About the Role: Codeforce360 is seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our team for night shifts.

Job Summary: As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Nursing (MA RN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
