Procurement Specialist: Acquisition Support

Job Overview

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience within a procurement organization, with strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent analytical skills. The position requires obtaining or retaining a Public Trust clearance and being a US Citizen.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of multiple acquisition offices.
  • Assist in researching and drafting specifications and standards, developing performance measures, coordinating requirements documents.
  • Assist in researching and analyzing past purchases of similar products or services.
  • Perform basic post-award administration actions, including modifications, option exercises, price, quantity, or delivery changes, and cancellations.
  • Assist with the review of incoming procurement packages to determine completeness.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience within a procurement organization.
  • Well-versed in MS Office.
  • Must be able to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $67,000 or commensurate with experience, education, etc.
