Healthcare United is seeking a highly skilled gastroenterologist to join their dynamic team in Coles County, Illinois. This exciting opportunity offers flexibility with options for a 4-day workweek in a traditional setting or a 7 on/7 off GI hospitalist schedule.

The practice is conveniently attached to the hospital, ensuring easy access to inpatient consults and providing a seamless experience for patients. As a full-time BC/BE Gastroenterologist, you will have the ability to choose between a traditional practice or hospitalist role, allowing you to tailor your career to suit your preferences.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.

Benefits of this position include a competitive salary of $600,000 + bonus based on RVU production, as well as a sign-on bonus of $75,000. Additionally, you will be eligible for a retention bonus of $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3. A quality bonus of up to 10% of base salary is also available upon meeting certain performance criteria.
