Rehabilitation Therapist Position at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services

We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide responsive and individualized treatment plans. Our supportive rehab environment offers progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in-house with local management support, ensuring a wonderful rehab experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
* Graduate degree from an accredited therapy program
* State license as a Speech Language Pathologist
* 3 years of experience preferred, with previous SNF experience a plus
