Senior Human Capital Development Specialist

As a Senior Human Capital Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting employees from hire to retire. This hybrid role opportunity is based in our North Phoenix, Arizona corporate office and requires 30 days of on-site training followed by 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment/Onboarding: Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening, online skill testing, negotiating offers, and arranging pre-hire setup.
- Internal Investigations: Conduct formal and informal investigations into employee relations issues, resolving them within a reasonable timeframe with appropriate outcomes.
- Performance Management: Coach line managers on talent management issues and support regional Human Capital training initiatives.
- Exit Interviews: Coordinate exit interviews, analyze retention issues, and report trends to Human Capital management.
- Bachelor's Degree: In human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner with strong Employee Relations/Organizational Effectiveness background.
- California Employment Law Experience: Preferred.
- Communication/People Skills: Ability to influence or persuade others under positive or negative circumstances.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment.
- Creativity/Innovation: Ability to develop unique solutions to problems.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
