Acceler8 Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - AI and Semiconductors to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our web applications, integrating AI technologies, and creating scalable solutions.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented engineer who is passionate about tackling difficult problems, thrives in uncertain environments, and has a strong drive to innovate. You will work closely with both backend and frontend teams to deliver AI-driven products, while ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the full-stack infrastructure for AI-driven web applications.
  • Develop and integrate backend systems that power the world's largest dataset for electronics and semiconductors.
  • Work on both frontend and backend tasks, collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate AI applications and ensure optimal performance and security of web-based systems.
  • Collaborate with the ML team to serve and integrate models efficiently into the frontend.
  • Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs.
  • Ensure the quality and security of web applications by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist with data curation, cleaning, and backend integration for AI systems.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular, alongside backend skills in Python, C++, or C.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining secure and efficient APIs.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, including EC2, Lambda, S3, and more.
  • Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Compensation Philosophy

For this role, we anticipate the starting annual base salary to be within the range of $150,000 to $300,000, adjusted according to the candidate's experience, expertise, and impact potential.
