Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is currently seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography systems, to obtain high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Administer contrast media and other medications as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to sterile technique and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Certifications may vary depending on the facility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
