About the Role

This part-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. As a Store Clerk, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service experiences and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

You'll have the chance to work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect fit for you

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Cashiering: Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store appears tidy and well-organized by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Safety Culture: Maintain a strong safety culture by identifying potential hazards, reporting incidents, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Retail experience, customer service skills, basic math and computer abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
