Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with expertise in system architecture, signal processing, and radar systems performance analysis.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing complex algorithms, modeling array performance, and predicting system behavior.
  • This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and present results to senior leadership.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement new and existing high-fidelity physics-based radar system performance models, complex algorithms, threat models, and command & control models.
  2. Support the strike division radar integration team in developing and analyzing AESA arrays, modeling array performance, and predicting performance as installed on airborne platforms.
  3. Perform mission engineering activities to ensure continuity between desired operational capabilities and delivered system performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of related professional/military experience, or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 6 years of related experience, or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 4 years of related experience.
  • An active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance (required to start) and ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Experience with signals processing and radar systems, electronics systems performance analysis, test or integration, and programming languages such as MATLAB, C/C++, Python.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $114,900 - $172,300 per year, based on factors including job requirements, location, and qualifications.
