Senior Radar Systems Engineer Lead

Job Summary:- We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with expertise in system architecture, signal processing, and radar systems performance analysis.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing complex algorithms, modeling array performance, and predicting system behavior.
- This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and present results to senior leadership.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement new and existing high-fidelity physics-based radar system performance models, complex algorithms, threat models, and command & control models.
- Support the strike division radar integration team in developing and analyzing AESA arrays, modeling array performance, and predicting performance as installed on airborne platforms.
- Perform mission engineering activities to ensure continuity between desired operational capabilities and delivered system performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of related professional/military experience, or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 6 years of related experience, or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 4 years of related experience.
- An active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance (required to start) and ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) within a reasonable amount of time.
- Experience with signals processing and radar systems, electronics systems performance analysis, test or integration, and programming languages such as MATLAB, C/C++, Python.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $114,900 - $172,300 per year, based on factors including job requirements, location, and qualifications.
