Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Highway Maintenance Specialists to join our team at ProSeal Inc. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in asphalt maintenance, seal coating, or related fields, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $25 - $35 per hour, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the region.

In addition to the base salary, we provide overtime opportunities, with a guarantee of working at least 50-60 hours per week during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

As a Highway Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing asphalt surfaces
  • Applying seal coatings to extend the lifespan of asphalt pavement
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
