Product Launch Manager

The Operations Program Manager at Apple is a pivotal role that launches products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. This position requires a leader and facilitator who is dynamic, driven, organized, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will excel in program/project management, communicate effectively at all levels, and thrive in an ambiguous environment. They will also be adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Ability to travel 20-25%.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.
• Results-oriented and attention to detail.
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
• Master's or MBA considered a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $184,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. You'll also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
