As a Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient-centered care at our facility. With over 2,000 sites of care and serving over 31.2 million patient interactions every year, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of the Performance Improvement Program to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Leadership Team and other stakeholders to monitor processes, identify opportunities, and provide constructive input.
  • Highlight priorities through data analysis and trending, incident response, and assist with staff education to advance patient safety and minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.
  • 2+ years clinical experience in a healthcare setting, required.
  • 2+ years experience with computer programs, database programs, spreadsheets, and project management, preferred.
