Center Medical Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Medical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our primary care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the primary care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage and mentor a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment
- Board Eligibility and Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical leadership experience
