Job Title: Center Medical Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Medical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our primary care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the primary care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage and mentor a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment
  • Board Eligibility and Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical leadership experience
