Role Overview: The Vascular Access team at The University of Vermont Health Network is a skilled group of nursing professionals who provide high-quality care to patients. The team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with staff nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insertion of peripheral intravenous catheters and PICCs for patients using vascular visualization devices.
- Consulting with staff on vascular access devices and complications.
- Caring for and maintaining vascular access devices and clinical interventions for PICC issues.
- Providing unit-based education and participating in quality improvement projects.
On-call Requirements: Not required.
Benefits: External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $5,000 (prorated for part-time roles). Additional terms and conditions apply.
