About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior BJJ Instructor to lead our BJJ program at UFC GYM. As a Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with the BJJ program, coordinating youth and adult programs, tracking classes, and promoting UFC GYM BJJ events and seminars.

You will also be expected to collaborate with other instructors to maintain the integrity of the UFC GYM BJJ program and assist with selling private lessons and promoting belt promotions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of Purple belt or higher, a BJJ Belt Certificate, and BJJ lineage verification. A grappling tournament record is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location
  • Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs
  • Track BJJ Program/classes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Assist with selling BJJ small group Private lessons and or 1 on 1 sessions
  • Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ in house events, tournaments and seminars
  • Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ belt promotions ensuring instructors are following the stripe and belt promotion system
  • Issue stripes to students that qualify and recommend students that are ready to test
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Purple belt or higher
  • BJJ Belt Certificate
  • BJJ lineage verification
  • Grappling tournament record (preferred)
