Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care assistance under the direct supervision of RNs
- Perform routine tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RNs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Current Rhode Island C.N.A. Certification required
- One year of experience as a C.N.A. preferred
