Mixology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mixology Specialist to join our 25-person strong team at Scratch Sandwich Company in Laredo, TX. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and inventory
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations when necessary

• Proven working experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Competitive hourly rate: $8.00/hour
