About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Solid Organ Transplant/Complex Surgical department at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly functioning and compassionate team, providing quality patient care to a special patient population.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to a variety of intermediate level of care patients, including Solid Organ Transplant patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
Requirements

No prior experience with Transplant necessary, just an eagerness to learn. Must be willing to work with high acuity patients with varied diagnoses in a fast-paced environment.
