Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for executing the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and primary operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, weigh, and move products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
  • Prepare shipping and processing stations.
  • Stack and restack pallets.
  • Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
  • Pack, tape, and secure boxes for shipping.
  • Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with the shipping provider.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Great communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
