Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for executing the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and primary operational functions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, weigh, and move products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
- Prepare shipping and processing stations.
- Stack and restack pallets.
- Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
- Pack, tape, and secure boxes for shipping.
- Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with the shipping provider.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
- Great communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
