Job Title: Human Resources Director

At Louisiana Land Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
